Using our website

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect someone has used your account without permission. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to access another person's information, submit fraudulent orders, or use our services to harass anyone.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Review your items, delivery or pickup details, taxes, and any delivery or service fees before paying. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Stripe processes online payments.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. Fulfillment remains subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and our ability to deliver. If an item or price is incorrect or we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund of the affected payment. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Flowers and substitutions

Flowers are seasonal, natural products. Color, size, and arrangement may vary from photographs. When a flower or container is unavailable, substitutions may be needed. Please read our Substitution Policy for details, and contact us before ordering if a particular flower or color is essential.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery areas, available dates, and fees are shown during ordering. See our Delivery Information page. Requested delivery times are preferences unless we expressly agree to a specific time. Weather, access restrictions, holidays, and recipient availability can affect delivery.

Provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Let us know about building access, business hours, or other delivery requirements. If delivery cannot be completed, we will use the contact details provided to discuss the next step. Collect pickup orders at the agreed location and date.

Changes, cancellations, and problems

Call the shop as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will check the order's progress and explain what is still possible. Changes may be limited once flowers have been prepared, dispatched, or collected.

If flowers arrive damaged, an item is missing, or you are unhappy with your order, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us understand what happened. We will discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit any remedy required by law.

Weddings and events

A wedding or event inquiry is a request for a consultation, not a confirmed booking. A separate written proposal or agreement will set out the arrangements, payment schedule, and cancellation terms for your event. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Website content and links

Our photographs, descriptions, branding, and other website content belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the site to browse and shop, but may not reuse that content commercially without the owner's permission. Links to other websites are subject to those websites' own terms and privacy practices.

Website availability and your rights

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Contact the shop if a website problem prevents you from placing or managing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

New Jersey law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and changing the date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not change the terms of an existing order without your agreement.
