Substitution Policy

Every arrangement on our site is designed and photographed by florists. Because we work with fresh, seasonal product, a pictured flower is occasionally unavailable on the day your order is made.

What we promise

• We substitute only with flowers of equal or greater value, keeping the arrangement's overall look, feel, and color palette.
• Containers may vary when the pictured vessel is out of stock. We'll always choose something of similar style and quality.
• For one-of-a-kind varieties central to a design, we'll call you before making a change.

Sympathy & funeral work

Service deadlines come first: if a substitution is needed to deliver before a funeral service, we make it with extra care and match the tribute's tone and color as closely as we can.
